The Ten-Second Clock Information

=====================================
Version 1.02 - 7/28/97
=====================================
Program revisions:
  - Registry values now stored under HKEY_CURRENT_USER rather than HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    This should correct: a) A bug under Windows 95 that resulted in values not being read.
		         b) A bug under Windows NT (see next item).
Windows NT (Server) Bug:
  A bug that affected NT Server 4.0 and possibly NT Workstation 4.0 caused problems for
normal users in that only administrators and super-users have Write permissiosn to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. However, users do have full control over HKEY_CURRENT_USER. In additon,
this will allow more than one person using a computer and logging on separately to have
different settings for the clock.
